Rose City Acupuncture and Massage rates & services: Rates will INCREASE on May 1st.
Per the new No Surprises Act for all healthcare providers, effective 1/1/22, Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.
SERVICES:
New Patient: Assessment, acupuncture/acupressure, medical massage as appropriate, and self-care instruction (acupressure, exercises and stretches, nutrition, etc) for a new patient. $160 (May 1st rate $195).
Hour Combo Followup: Acupuncture/acupressure and medical massage as appropriate. $130 (May 1st rate $150). Package of 4 one-hour sessions $490 (May 1st rate $560, $40 off).
Half-hour Medical Massage: Sessions of Osteopathic-style therapeutic bodywork are $80, or 5 for $370. This is gentle, advanced massage that corrects how your muscles function by repairing their nerves and connective tissues. This work is extremely efficient; we can get great results in half an hour. Half-hour Acupuncture: Follow-up sessions of acupuncture only are $80, or 5 for $370. Perfect for cosmetic acupuncture or constitutional treatments for fertility, digestion, depression, anxiety, etc (May 1st rate $95 or a package of 5 for $435, $40 off).
Smoking cessation treatments are free.
Easy Advanced Bodywork Seminar:

Learn how to ease tight muscles and relax your loved ones with a gentle, intelligent touch. Appropriate for every body, because I tailor my lessons to you and your partner. No prior anatomy knowledge or massage experience needed. Techniques include Trager, myofascial release, exhaustion, counterstrain, traction, and percussion. Book online or call to arrange your private two-hour class. $300 (May 1st rate $360)
POLICIES:
Pretty gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or any number of sessions. If you like, these can be ordered over the phone and mailed directly to the recipient.
Evening and weekend appointments MAY be available with an after-hours fee of $75. Email or call to ask about scheduling.
Sports/corporate day events are available. Please call for information.
Missed appointments I have a 24 hour cancellation fee of $50, which will be waived for emergencies or illness.
Payment methods accepted are cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
INSURANCE:
For car accidents with open claims, I will bill the insurance company directly; there will be NO out-of-pocket costs to you.
I do not take health insurance, but I will provide a coded medical receipt (Superbill) that you can submit for reimbursement. How much you will get back depends on your insurance policy, and I’ll be considered an out of network provider.
